not sure what the first file (Create_lnd-exwbestr.exe) does exactly, but this is what I did & it worked for me... I renamed each of the rar.1, rar.2, etc files to rar.001, rar.002, rar.003, etc and then used HJSplit to join as one big rar file. worked fine.
